The film had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival 2021.
The protagonist of the story is Anna (Alanna Bale), a vampire who falls in love with a charming alcoholic. After centuries of bloodshed, emptiness, loneliness and the futility of immortality will lead her on a journey toward healing and a return to humanity.
In addition to Alanna Bale, the cast includes Luke Bilyk, Vinessa Antoine, Ella Jonas Farlinger, Ben Sutherland, and Rosemary Dunsmore.
The screenplay, on the other hand, is a collaboration between director Blaine Thurier and Leonard Farlinger.
