Questo mese esordiranno nei cinema italiani l'horror sull'app diabolica Bedevil - Non Installarla (28 giugno) ma anche l'action/fantasy/horror The Mummy (June 8) starring Tom Cruise and the virtual game thriller Nerve (June 15) played by Emma Roberts.

Universal Pictures brings to Italian theaters. The Mummy (USA - 2017), Alex Kurtzman's grim action/fantasy offering a new version of The Mummy with new gods and monsters reaching a modern London from the desert to clash. Starring Tom Cruise, Sofia Boutella and Russell Crowe, The Mummy è il remake dell'omonimo film del 1999 ed è anche il primo film del Dark Universe.
Trama: un’antica Regina (Sofia Boutella) il cui corpo giace da millenni in una cripta sepolta nel deserto, viene risvegliata ai nostri giorni. Tolta alla vita ingiustamente, la creatura scatenerà l’inferno esternando tutto l’odio e la cattiveria accumulati nei secoli. Emma Roberts (American Horror Story) stars in. Nerve, un film di genere thriller in cui l'attrice è la player di un pericoloso gioco virtuale, simile, per certi versi al Blue Whale. Il film è diretto da Henry Joost e Ariel Schulman mentre la sceneggiatura è stata scritta da Jessica Sharzer.
Plot: Student Vee (Emma Roberts) joins a game that takes place online. The girl becomes so good that she advances in the rankings thanks to the votes of her admirers who prefer her to more famous players. As the levels advance, however, the game involves increasingly dangerous situations that will put Vee and all her peers in trouble.

Bedevil - Don't install it, l’horror sull’app demoniaca, segna l'esordio alla regia dei fratelli Abel e Burlee Vang ed è distribuito nei cinema italiani da Adler Entertainment.
Plot: Five teens receive an invitation to download an app called Bedevil. Once installed, the mysterious app will begin to haunt the group of teens, leading them to confront their greatest fears. To survive Bedevil, the teens will have to learn to work together, trusting each other.
