Released a featurette of Jigsaw (USA - 2017), the eighth installment of the famous horror saga created by James Wan. Titled "The Philosophy of Jigsaw," the video explains the motivations that drive Jigsaw to perform his extreme actions.
Directed by Michael and Peter Spierig (Undead, Daybreakers - The Last Vampire, Predestination), the film will arrive in Italian theaters on October 31, 2017, with the title Saw: Legacy for an Eagle Pictures distribution. The story of Jigsaw is set seven years after the events of Saw 3D: Final Chapter.
In Saw: Legacy, a number of dead bodies are found scattered around the city. The investigation carried out into these heinous murders leads to the trail of John Kramer, a ruthless killer now deceased for a decade. Precisely because of this, the police begin to think that someone has taken his place by simulating his modus operandi.
In the cast: Tobin Bell, Laura Vandervoort, Brittany Allen (It stains the Sands Red), Hannah Anderson, James Gomez, Callum Keith Rennie, Mandela Van Peebles, Michael Bolsvert, Matt Passmore, Josiah Black, and Shaquan Lewis.
Pete Goldfinger and Josh Stolberg (Piranha 3D, Sorority Row) wrote the screenplay for the film.
