After the official Italian trailer released by Warner Bros. Pictures a few days ago, the official Italian poster of Lights Out - Terror in the Dark, the horror film directed by David Sandberg and produced by James Wan (Saw, Insidious and The Conjuring). The film will arrive in our theaters starting August 4.
Plot: A family is tormented by an entity that takes form and acts only in darkness, with the lights off.
The cast of Lights Out - Terror in the Dark stars Gabriel Bateman (Stalker, Annabelle), Teresa Palmer, Maria Bello, Alicia Vela-Bailey, Billy Burke, Emily Alyn Lind, Amiah Miller, Ava Cantrell, Alexander DiPersia, and Maria Russell. The screenplay is by Eric A. Heisserer while the director is also involved in the production of the film along with Lawrence Grey and Eric A. Heisserer.
Lights Out - Terror in the Dark is the film extension of the short film of the same name (which later went viral) directed by David Sandberg himself in 2013 (link to article to view short film).
