In "Zombie (vol. 01)" i due trovano un morto vivente nel bosco; in "Whispers (vol. 02)" Adam capisce di non essere solo in casa quando fra le mura riecheggeranno rumori e sospiri; infine in "Awoken (vol. 03)" Eric si sveglia nel bel mezzo della notte (è la vigilia di Natale) per poi vedere un mostro che trascina il cadavere di sua madre.
Insanium will have its world premiere at the MotelX International Horror Film Festival in September. The film is directed by Rui Pedro Sousa and stars Sonny Chatters, Daniel Stewart, Hugo Palian, Elizabeth Appleby and João Sousa Pires.
La sceneggiatura del segmento "Dawn of the Dead" è di Joey Fidler mentre quella di "Awoken" e di "Whispers" è stata scritta dallo stesso regista Rui Pedro Sousa.
