Inner Demons (2014 - USA) will be available on demand for Halloween and will have a limited theatrical release in October 2014 thanks to IFC Midnight (Beneath, Asmodexia).
It is a horror genre film belonging to the strand on demonic possession and is written by Glenn Gers while we have Seth Grossman directing. Production, on the other hand, was handled by Robin Schorr.
The cast of Inner Demons consists of Lara Vosburgh, Morgan McClellan, Colleen McGrann, Christopher Parker, Kate Whitney, Sewell Whitney, Leslie Coutterand, Susan Ateh and Brian Flaherty.
Lara Vosburgh plays 16-year-old Carson Morris, daughter of a religious family. Her parents agree to bring in a reality show crew to film an episode about her detoxification. What the adults do not know, however, is why the girl took drugs in the first place. When the effect of the drug wears off, what is lurking in her body and ravaging her soul from within will manifest itself in Carson.
Inner Demons had its premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival last month, and it appears to be a suspenseful film.
