Lionsgate has released, online, the new trailer for the horror film Imaginary, the evil doll movie produced and directed by Jeff Wadlow.
The film falls into the subgenre about killer dolls, given the presence in the story of a teddy bear animated by an evil presence.
Imaginary will arrive in theaters on March 7.

In Imaginary, DeWanda Wise is Jessica, a woman moving back into her childhood home with her family. Once she moves in, her stepdaughter Alice becomes morbidly attached to Chauncey, a stuffed bear found in the basement. While Jessica begins to worry about the strange and disturbing connection between the child and her new toy as well as from the little girl's sinister games, she also realizes that Chauncey may be much more than a stuffed bear.

Completing the cast are Tom Payne (The Walking Dead), Betty Buckley (Split), Taegen Burns, Pyper Braun, Matthew Sato, and Veronica Falcón.
The screenplay of Imaginary is by Jeff Wadlow himself in collaboration with Greg Erb and Jason Oremland while Lionsgate will handle distribution.
