The directors who collaborated on the project are: Lucio A. Rojas (Trauma); Domitian Christopharo (House of Flesh Mannequins); Kai E. Bogatzki (Scars of Xavier) and Lorenzo Zanoni (segment "Caetophobia" in Taste of Phobia).
The first segment is "Contagium" by Lucio A. Rojas. In this episode, the Chilean director tackles the theme of experimental bacteria spread through money.
The cast includes Felipe Rios and Ximena del Solar, both part of the cast of Trauma.
Lorenzo Zanoni directs "Gully", a body horror in which the theft of money will cause a physical metamorphosis for the protagonist (played by Tommaso Arnaldi).
FX is by Domiziano Cristopharo while photography is by Daniele Trani (Beyond the Woad, What have you done, Daniel?).
Domiziano Cristopharo instead shows us a body destroyed by surgical retouches in the body horror "The Body".
Chiara Pavoni steps into the shoes of a character who, in order to save money, resorts to cosmetic surgery at home. The silicone infiltrations will unfortunately have devastating side effects on her body.

With "The Cabin" Kai E. Bogatzi concludes the story begun by Lucio A. Rojas by providing the viewer with a vision of a post-apocalyptic era where money will be the means by which the infected try to stay alive.
