The story of I saw the Devil by Kim Jee-woon centers on a psychopath who kills for sheer pleasure. Unfortunately, however, one winter evening he chooses to have fun with the wrong victim. This is Juyeon, an expectant girl, daughter of the now-retired police chief and girlfriend of Special Agent Soo-hyun. The latter, blinded by revenge, will transform himself into a monster in order to confront the crazed murderer. Only the strongest will survive the hard and bloody fight involving the two men.
