House of Flesh Mannequins (Italy - 2008) by Domiziano Cristopharo is one of TetroVideo's November releases, which offers it in a first stock of only 100 pieces. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary, House of Flesh Mannequins is offered for the first time in an uncut version and remixed thanks to the label's contribution.
For the first time on DVD, the definitive version of the film is already available in bookbox format (DVD + poster) as an international exclusive, while supplies last. Of the 100 copies, only 30 are autographed by Domiziano Cristopharo and Poison Rouge.
Written and directed by Domiziano Cristopharo (Doll Syndrome, Red Krokodyl) and starring Domiziano Arcangeli and Irena Violetta, House of Flesh Mannequins blends multiple genres, from horror to drama, not leaving out gore and hard moments. The cast also includes Giovanni Lombardo Radice (Fear in the City of the Living Dead, Cannibal Ferox), Roberta Gemma (The Transparent Woman, Hyde's Secret Nightmare) and Poison Rouge, the director of American Guinea Pig: Sacrifice, making his acting debut.
Among the actors are Raffaella Baracchi, Armando Pizzuti and Jerred Ber.
Plot: A photographer scarred by a difficult childhood will eventually come into contact with danger and all things violent and illicit, filming snuff movies and sex tapes. An encounter with charming neighbor Sarah Roeg (Irena Violette), a girl who dreams of publishing children's novels, will not divert him from his delusional obsessions and depravity.
The new version of the film also features music by Antony Coia (Scarecrowd, Virus: Extreme Contamination, Xpiation).
