Still and four posters of Hellboy, the new film adaptation of the comic books created by Mike Mignola. Directed by Neil Marshall, the director of Dog Soldiers and The Descent - Descent into Darkness, Hellboy will arrive in Italian theaters on April 11 as a world premiere.

Legendary demonic superhero Hellboy (David Harbour), a detective with the BPRD (Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense), is called to England where he will have to battle three raging giants. Here the semi-demon will discover his origins and must contend with Nimue, the Blood Queen (Milla Jovovich), an ancient witch thirsting for revenge against humanity.
To avoid the end of the world, Hellboy will have to protect the Earth from Nimue and also from the other supernatural creatures that threaten it.
In the cast of Hellboy there are also Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil - saga), Douglas Tait, Ian McShane (Death Race), Kristina Klebe (Halloween - The Beginning), Daniel Dae Kim (The Devil's Hideout - The Hollow), Penelope Mitchell (The Fear of Darkness), Thomas Haden Church (Killer Joe), Sasha Lane, Brian Gleeson (Mother!), Ashley Edner, Alistair Petrie (Rush) and Sophie Okonedo.
Hellboy is the reboot of the series already brought to the big screen by Guillermo del Toro with Hellboy (2004) e Hellboy: The Golden Army (2008).
