Plot: After drug rehabilitation treatment, Jackie (Julie Benz) is given a second chance with a new job and an apartment at the Havenhurst, a Gothic-style building complex located in New York City. The facility is home to more than 3,000 residents and countless dark secrets.
Once she moves in, Jackie begins to be plagued by guilt over the loss of her eight-year-old daughter. She will also take a morbid interest in the disappearance of Danielle (Danielle Harris), the tenant of apartment 1006. From that moment on, Jackie will not only have to struggle with remorse and regret but also with the horrible reality that lurks within the walls of Havenhurst.
