Filming is currently underway on Halloween Ends, the latest chapter in the reboot saga started by David Gordon Green with Halloween (2018) and continued with Halloween Kills (2021).

Recall that Laurie Strode is the historical character tormented by Michael Myers in both the famous saga that began with Halloween - The Night of the Witches (1978) by John Carpenter, who forty years later, in David Gordon Green's franchise.
In Halloween Ends, David Gordon Green revealed that there will be a time jump of about four years from the events of Halloween Kills and added that the script for the third chapter was rewritten to allow Kyle Richards to return and reprise the role of Lindsey Wallace.
The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on October 14, 2022.
