Hall: still, trailer and poster of the zombie pandemic movie directed by Italian-Canadian Francesco Giannini

To mark the release, Black Fawn Distribution has released the trailer, poster and some images of Hall, a zombie movie that not only offers a pandemic scenario but also touches on issues of domestic violence and mental health.
This is the first feature film by Francesco Giannini, an Italian-born actor, director and producer who founded the production company Franky Films in 2015.
Written in 2018, the film was shot in 2019, while post-production was completed in fall 2020, before the Covid-19 pandemic.
Hall will be available for VOD (Canada) starting April 6. A physical release of the film is also planned.

Plot: Val (Carolina Bartczak) is a mother separated from her daughter (Bailey Thain) who must navigate the hallway of a hotel ravaged by a mysterious virus. Forced to make her way among other helpless victims, the young woman will befriend Naomi (Yumiko Shaku), a pregnant tourist with whom she will try to avoid contagion and carnage.

The cast includes Carolina Bartczak (X-Men: Apocalypse), Mark Gibson (Hellmouth, Exit Humanity), Julian Richings (Saw IV, Septic Man), Vlasta Vrana, Yumiko Shaku, Dawn Ford, Kim Richardson, Kathleen Fee, and Bailey Thain.
Between 2012 and 2017, Francesco Giannini directed the short films The Race of Life, The Prince, The Flare and the documentary filmTax Shelter Terrors, while in 2020 he received the “Best Director” award for Hall at the “Blood in the Snow Film Festival” in Toronto, Canada.
