Goodnight Mommy (Ich seh, Ich seh), the Austrian horror thriller genre film written and directed by Severin Fiala and Veronika Franz (Kern), has a release date for U.S. theaters, thus set for September 11.
The protagonists of the story are ten-year-old twin brothers whose mother undergoes facial surgery that forces her to stay away from home for several hours. Returning to her children with her face bandaged, the woman's strange behavior instills fear in the twins, who begin to doubt that she is their mother.
The cast consists of Susanne Wuest, Elias Schwarz, and Lukas Schwarz. Ulrich Seidl produced the film while cinematography is by Martin Gschlacht.
