Written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan (director of the aforementioned films as well as Signs, And the Day Came and The Visit), Glass stars Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson again in the roles they had in Unbreakable (David Dunn and Elijah Price/Mr. Glass, respectively). They were joined by James McAvoy, whom we find again as the character he played in Split aka Kevin Wendell/the beast.
This sci-fi thriller-horror will debut in U.S. theaters on January 18, 2019, while the Italian release is scheduled for January 17, 2019, with Universal Pictures.
In Glass, the fate of David Dunn (Bruce Willis) intersects with that of Kevin Wendell (James McAvoy), a man suffering from an extreme form of schizophrenia and multiple personalities. The last of these, the "Beast," causes a mutation in him that transforms him into a kind of super cannibal. The only one who is aware of the Beast's existence is Casey Cooke (Anya Taylor-Joy), a girl who survived his attack. Crucial, on the other hand, is the figure of Elijah Price (Samuel L. Jackson), i.e., "the glass man," an individual who is privy to certain secrets about Dunn and Wendell and who, because of this, will manipulate them to achieve his goals.
