Girl Next addresses the theme of prostitution exploitation by placing it in a horror context where strange experiments come to life that will unleash violence and cause death.

The protagonist of the story is Lorian (Lacey Cofran), a girl who has been kidnapped by a group of sex traffickers. Taken to an isolated ranch located somewhere on the Texas border, the young woman ends up being the prisoner of Heinrich (Marcus Jean Pirae) and Misha (Solinger), a deranged couple.
I due infatti usano tecniche di controllo mentale (basate sul trauma insieme a torture fisiche e mentali estreme), per trasformare le donne in "Sofia", un nuovo tipo di bambola del sesso: umana, perfetta, sottomessa e obbediente.
