Abstract: An outlaw biker returns from the dead thanks to a substance he was given. Completely addicted to the miraculous concoction, he is forced to carry out the orders of two sadistic scientists in order to get his daily dose. The two men of science are in fact working on experiments involving the transplantation of human heads onto abducted teenagers.
Intanto, uscita di prigione, l'ex fidanzata del biker inizia a dargli la caccia con l'aiuto di un esercito di spogliarelliste armate di mitragliatrici. Lo scontro tra la gang di biker resuscitati, nota con il nome di The Impaler, e le sexy assassine sarà inevitabile e coinvolgerà anche cacciatori di teste e gang rivali.
