Momentum Pictures has revealed the official trailer for Boarding School (USA - 2018), the horror thriller written and directed by Boaz Yakin (FResh, Safe). The film will be available for video on demand starting August 31, 2018.
The story features a young boy who ends up in a nightmarish boarding school. Here he will find maladjusted and abused kids but also two very ambiguous teachers who will make his life a living hell.
Plot: Twelve-year-old Jacob Falsen (Luke Prael) is sent to a boarding school, or rather, a creepy and isolated mansion that houses maladjusted or mentally and physically challenged adolescents. His stay in that facility will become increasingly untenable as the strange and disturbing events that occur within it increase. In particular, adding a good deal of disquiet is the ambiguous attitude of the Headmaster (Will Patton) and his consort (Tammy Blanchard). Jacob will have to face his own fears to find the strength to survive in that horror.
Boarding School features in the cast Luke Prael, Nadia Alexander, Lucy Walters, Christopher Dylan White, Stephen Bogardus, Charlotte Ubben (Wildling), and many well-known actors such as Will Patton (Terror from the Sixth Moon), Tammy Blanchard (The Invitation), Sterling Jerins (The Conjuring - The Enfield Case), Samantha Mathis (American Psycho), Robert John Burke (Demoniac, The Eye of Evil), and David Aaron Baker (Judgment Night - Election Year).
