The final Italian trailer for Fantasy Island (USA - 2020), the horror film produced by Blumhouse Productions and directed by Jeff Wadlow, the director of Truth or Dare.
Fantasy Island is the horror adaptation of Fantasiland, serie televisiva creata da Gene Levitt e trasmessa dal canale ABC tra gli anni '70 e '80.
The film will debut in Italian theaters today, Feb. 13.
Plot: On an island located in the Pacific Ocean, anything is possible and anyone can fulfill their wishes thanks to Mr. Roarke (Michael Peña), an enigmatic man who can make the secret dreams of guests at his luxurious resort come true. However, when the most hidden fantasies turn into real nightmares, the tourists will try to escape from the seemingly idyllic place, but first they will have to solve the mystery attached to the island.
They make up the cast of Fantasy Island: Lucy Hale (Truth or Dare), Michael Peña, Maggie Q (Slumber - The Sleep Demon), Portia Doubleday, Jimmy O. Yang, Ryan Hansen and Michael Rooker.
The screenplay is a collaboration of Jeff Wadlow, Jillian Jacobs and Christopher Roach.
