Trama: lo spacciatore di Marijuana David (Bastian Brinch Pedersen) è il tipo di pusher che fuma la sua merce più di quanto ne venda. Per incrementare i guadagni, inizia a trattare anche una nuova droga dal prezzo molto conveniente e che sembra essere molto richiesta. La sostanza stupefacente però ha terribili effetti collaterali e sarà la causa dell'epidemia zombie diffusa a Copenhagen.
Cast: Bastian Brinch Pedersen, Lone Fleming (Blind Dead), Kim Sønderholm (Vidar The Vampire, Your Flesh Your Curse, Reyes), Sune Rolf Jensen, Heine Sørensen, Sead Sainoski, and Dorte Rømer. Veteran Lloyd Kaufman (founder and president of Troma) also appears among the actors. Bastian Brinch Pedersen also contributed to the screenplay.
Escaping the Dead was completed after a full five years of work. The zombies were interpreted by more than 150 people.
