From December 9 onward Escape Room 2 - Deadly Game (aka Escape Room: Tournament of Champions), the psychological horror film directed by Adam Robitel, the director of The Taking of Deborah Logan and Insidious: The Last Key.
Distributed by Eagle Pictures, the film will be available in DVD and Blu-ray formats .
Escape Room 2: Deadly Game is the sequel to Escape Room (2019) and sees a group of people grappling with a new and claustrophobic challenge that is even more complicated and deadly.
Plot: Six strangers find themselves stuck in another set of escape rooms. What should be a game of logic to sharpen their wits soon turns into a desperate race against time. In order to survive, in fact, the protagonists will have to manage to put together the pieces of a disturbing puzzle: they will then find themselves unraveling what they have in common, discovering that they have taken part in the game before.
In the cast of Escape Room 2: Deadly Game appear Logan Miller (Scout's Handbook for the Zombie Apocalypse, Prey) and Taylor Russell, the protagonists of the first chapter. The two were joined by Isabelle Fuhrman (Orphan), Holland Roden (Channel Zero: Butcher's Block), Indya Moore, Thomas Cocquerel, and Carlito Olivero.
The script for the film was written by Will Honley (The Hive) in collaboration with Maria Melnik (Escape Room), Oren Uziel and Daniel Tuch (Hand of God).
