Empire magazine has released a new official image of the It, which is set for release on September 8, 2017. The photo captures one of the most iconic moments in Stephen King's novel, when the clown Pennywise, with the promise of a balloon, lures little Georgie Denbrough to him.
Directing the new adaptation of Stephen King's famous novel (1986) is Andy Muschietti, known for directing The Mother. The director also co-wrote the screenplay for It insieme a Gary Dauberman. In the cast of the new It, in addition to Bill Skarsgård, also Jaeden Lieberher, Finn Wolfhard, Sophia Lillis, Jack Dylan Grazer (Tales of Halloween), Chosen Jacobs, Wyatt Oleff and Jeremy Ray Taylor.
It will consist of two parts. The first will feature a group of teenagers (the Losers) facing a monster capable of shape-shifting while the second will be about the aforementioned characters years later as adults.
