Attivo nel mondo del cinema indipendente dal 2010, Nabwana I.G.G. (Isaac Godfrey Geoffrey) ha diretto una decina di film di genere action con un bassissimo budget e curandone non solo la regia ma anche la sceneggiatura, la produzione, la fotografia, l'editing, gli effetti speciali e quelli visuali. Ultimamente però è coinvolto nel progetto horror dal titolo Eaten Alive in Uganda, a cannibalistic zombie movie.
I Wakaliwood Studios africani lo avevano già annunciato nel 2015, presentandolo come "primo film horror ugandese", proprio durante la campagna di crowdfunding su Kickstarter. Recentemente per il film è stato diffuso un poster che è stato realizzato completamente a mano.

Eaten Alive in Uganda is a cannibalistic/zombiesque film made by simple, genuine people who live in a place where cannibalism is still practiced and where the living dead, for the local natives, are part of the beliefs, part of their folklore.
The screenplay of Eaten Alive in Uganda was written by director Nabwana I.G.G. together with Alan Hofmanis.
Until 2012, the director had never heard of George A. Romero or even seen his films.
