IFC Midnight has released the official trailer for. The Cured, the zombie movie in which a mysterious disease turns humans into the living dead. Directed by Irish director David Freyne (here in his first feature film after directing several shorts), The Cured will debut in U.S. theaters on Feb. 23, a date that coincides with VOD.
