The Nightmare (2015) è un film horror tedesco di Akiz Ikon ed è precisamente l'adattamento dell'omonimo cortometraggio diretto dallo stesso regista. Il film è stato presentato in anteprima mondiale al Filmfest di Monaco e da qualche giorno è stato pubblicato il trailer tedesco con i sottotitoli inglesi che potete trovare in fondo all'articolo.
The protagonist of the story is Tina (Carolyn Genzkow), a seventeen-year-old girl who, after a night of fun and alcohol with friends, begins to have strange nightmares and hallucinations that prevent her from distinguishing reality from dreams and living peacefully like all girls her age. From that evening onwards, the young woman is haunted by a small creature with whom she gradually establishes a strange relationship that will change the lives of everyone around her.
Akiz Ikon also wrote the screenplay and produced the film. The cast includes Carolyn Genzkow, Sina Tkotsch, Lynn Femme, Wilson Gonzales Ochsenknecht, Kim Gordon, Uwe Preuss, and Hagen Stoll.
