Deep Web XXX is a choral horror film that, as per its title, draws on the vast hidden virtual world by sketching some of its illegal content and focusing on the sexual sphere. On the basis of this, the film emulates, uncensored, searing material not leaving out its total lack of morality. Deep Web XXX is thus just that: an aberrant spectacle of vile and disturbing actions. Themes, these, expertly addressed by the directors of the segments that make up this extreme horror anthology. We also take this opportunity in announcing that. Deep Web XXX will have its world premiere at the Sadique Master Festival in mid-March.
Written and directed by Domiziano Cristopharo, the frame episode titled Acid features a man (Mark Thompson Ashworth) who, after a few moments of reluctance, logs onto a site (queenofhearts.com) on the Deep Web to view seven atrocious extreme videos for a fee.
The seven films are thus as follows:
Queens, No Hearts By Martyna Madej. A group of women attend a private party where, after dancing together with two transvestites, they enjoy gorging and teasing an overweight man. The situation escalates when the Mistress troop gets into a sexual romp.
In Queens, No Hearts we focus on the denigration of the male figure through various forms of paraphilias such as sadism, masochism and bondage but also pissing and much more. Featuring reddish photography, the segment offers a dense bouquet of depravity (with some explicit moments) and humiliation. Despite this, it does not come across as powerful enough to shock the viewer; nevertheless, it remains imprinted.
In the cast: Alisha Payer, Charlie Coleman, Chris Mills, Emily Paiest, Emma Victoria, Helena De Castro, Jessica Hunt, Jocie Jovita, Mark White, Martin W. Payne, Martyna Madey, Regina Phalange, Robbie Hampstead, Jankauskaite, and Sarah Courtnage.
Exposure is written and directed by Jason Impey. In the second episode, a girl is forced to suffer physical and psychological abuse at the hands of her tormentor who beats and threatens her with cutting weapons.
Exposure is the weakest, least believable segment of the anthology. Also unconvincing is the performance of the depraved man who just tugs at his prey left and right. The segment also lacks explicit action (such as the cutting moment). Exposure conveys no sense of discomfort and focuses exclusively on showcasing the actress's body. Boring.
The cast includes Kaz B. and Alan Smithee.
The third episode opens a real window into an asphyxiating condition of malaise. Directed by Domiziano Cristopharo, Cruising offers a taste of themeeting between homosexuals who, wearing bondage costumes, establish intimacy with each other. The documentary cut, the gloomy location and the cold color of the cinematography, as well as the choice to explicitly show the audience nudity and certain sexual acts without taboos (including some extreme S&M practices), give this episode the power to engage and transport the viewer to a hidden world where pain, pleasure and death reign. Impressive, among others, is the final sequence (practical effects are by Athanasius Pernath). Very real and extreme, Cruising is an excellent example of what might be found in the hidden web.
The cast includes Simone Avincola, Ray Cross, Luigi Solimena, Paolo Maccari, Giorgio Agri, Francesco Giannotti, Joy Gen and Marcello Albanesi.
In Eucharist, a nun indulges in a moment of autoeroticism in front of a crucifix and then reaches out to the body of a woman crucified and elevated as a goddess of pleasure.
Directed by Elisa Carrera Fumagalli, Eucharist probes the terrain of religion by flooding it with blasphemy. The delicate act of the woman disguised as a nun results in one of the most aberrant sexual deviations namely necrophilia, a perversion framed sweetly in an outrageous lesbian skit.
Paola Fiorido and Martina Oggianu are part of the cast.
Written and directed by Sam Mason Bell, Test 424 is the only segment that abandons the path of sexual pleasure to focus on emulating an experiment on living beings. Three girls are filmed swallowing a substance. Someone will take note of the effects the ingested liquid will cause the three guinea pigs.
Test 424 is an unusual and precisely for that reason surprising episode. Credit to the documentary cut that gives it an impeccable laboratory atmosphere in which the three protagonists perfectly play three experimental guinea pigs. Test 424 succeeds in creating a lot of discomfort and remains imprinted.
The cast includes Alice Mullholland, Suzy Weatherall and Rebecca Clears. Speaker: Alex Mott.
Feed Me More by Davide Pesca deals with another paraphilia: feederism or the sexual arousal that arises when eating (or getting fat) or feeding. Starring in this segment are two feeders (feeders) with their faces covered who gobble up a compliant girl.
Of course, the two feeders will not just feed their prey. Their goal is not to fatten it up but to derive pleasure in other ways. Such as Cruising and Test, also Feed Me More is a powerful episode, capable of creating a sense of annoyance (obviously a virtue) in the viewer.
As always, the practical effects by Davide Pesca are well done.
The cast includes Pati Douce, Elisa Carrera Fumagalli, Catlin Strange and Francesco Foletto.
Directed by Emanuele Marchetto, Stalker is the last footage viewed by the protagonist of the episode frame. Stalker is definitely the most brutal, unhealthy and extreme segment of the anthology and is reminiscent in some ways, A Perfect Child of Satan of Lucifer Valentine and also a little bit Maniac By William Lustig.
The segment does not lack even a sketch of necrophilia. The practical effects of the final scene are well done.
A maniac concerns recording in which he immortalized the girl toward whom he had developed a deep obsession.
In the cast of Stalker we find Steven Swadda and Valerie von Otto. The screenplay is by Emanuele Marchetto.
The episode frame that envelops the entire anthology concludes with unexpected action, enhanced by successful special effects (by Alessandro Basso).
In the cast of Acid: Mark Thompson Ashworth and Alessandro Basso.
Deep Web XXX is produced by Tony Newton's "Vestra Pictures" and Domiziano Cristopharo's "The Enchanted Architect" in collaboration with "Trash Arts."
