Thanks to Universal Pictures Home Entertainment Italia, The dead do not die (aka The Dead Don't Die) will be available in DVD and Blu-ray formats starting from theOctober 8, 2019.
Written and directed by Jim Jarmusch (Only Lovers Survive), The dead do not die is a zombie-based horror comedy and stars Bill Murray, Adam Driver and Chloë Sevigny as three local police officers who find themselves in the midst of a zombie outbreak that has spread rapidly through the peaceful town of Centerville.
The film was released in Italian theaters last June 13 by Universal Pictures.
The dead do not die brings together a stellar cast in which the names of Bill Murray (Ghostbusters, The Little Shop of Horrors), Tilda Swinton (Only Lovers Survive, Suspiria), Chloë Sevigny (Zodiac), Steve Buscemi (Fargo), Caleb Landry Jones (Antiviral), Tom Waits (Bram Stoker's Dracula) stand out, Adam Driver (Star Wars), Iggy Pop and also those of Adam Driver (Star Wars - The Last Jedi), Austin Butler (The Intruders), Danny Glover (Saw), Selena Gomez (Hotel Transylvania), Carol Kane (The Addams Family 2), Danny Glover (Lethal Weapon) and RZA (Repo Men).
Plot: In the quiet town of Centreville, something has changed. The moon shines large and low in the sky, daylight hours are unpredictable, and animals exhibit abnormal behavior. Scientists, moreover, are concerned about the chilling news that is circulating but no one will be able to foresee the most shocking and dangerous consequence: the dead will come out of their graves and begin to feed on living things, forcing the locals to fight for their survival.
