Crush The Skull, the horror comedy featuring a group of hapless thieves grappling with a serial killer, will be released next month (theaters, VOD and DVD) thanks to Breaking Glass Pictures. Premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival in 2015, the film will be shown in some U.S. theaters starting May 13 while video on demand and DVD distribution will have to wait until May 17.
Crush The Skull is directed by Viet Nguyen (TV series "iZombie”) ed è l'estensione dell'omonimo cortometraggio che lo stesso regista ha diretto nel 2010 e a cui è seguito anche un sequel ovvero Crush The Skull 2, in 2013.
Sinossi: un gruppo di ladri spera di fare un colpo grosso intrufolandosi in una casa invitante e apparentemente disabitata. L'abitazione però è proprietà di un efferato serial killer che, con tendenze sadiche, si diverte a torturare le vittime. Per i ladri sarà difficile abbandonare la casa anche perché, sfortunatamente, vi rimarranno bloccati all'interno.
The screenplay is by Chris Dinh and director Viet Nguyen. The cast features the names of Katie Savoy, Chris Dinh, Chris Riedell, Tim Chiou, Lauren Reeder, Walt Bost, Lincoln Hoppe, Jessica Bailey, Justin Ray, Nathan Moore, and Katrina Nelson.
