In addition to The Exorcism of Hannah Grace, another horror film about diabolical possession will also land in Italian theaters. It is about. Crucifixion (Romania, UK - 2018), the horror film written by Chad Hayes and directed by Xavier Gens (Frontiers - On the edge of hell, The Divide, Cold Skin - The Creature from Atlantis) and for which the official Italian trailer is available thanks to Adler Entertainment.
Inspired by real events, Crucifixion will debut in theaters on February 14, 2019.
Il film prende spunto dall'esorcismo eseguito nel 2005 presso il convento della Santa Trinità di Tanaco, in Romania e che ha portato alla morte di Maricica Irina Cornici, una suora affetta da schizofrenia.
The protagonist of the story is Nicole Rawlins (Sophie Cookson), an American journalist who takes an interest in the case of a nun who died during an exorcism. Convinced it was murder, the young woman reaches the convent to investigate the incident and the people involved including Father Anton and five nuns.
During the search, however, disturbing and diabolical phenomena will begin to occur.
