Wes Craven's house for sale for $3 million

wes-craven-house-4The Los Angeles home of the late horror master Wes Craven is for sale for $3.295 million. Reporting the news is Variety. The residence, once owned by Steve McQueen, was purchased by Craven in 1992 for $1.2 million. The luxurious home features two bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, a large dining room and miscellaneous compartments, as well as an enjoyable panoramic view. In fact, the house is located on the Hollywood Heights.

Wes Craven passed away on August 30, 2015 at the age of 76 from a brain tumor, probably in the aforementioned home. Since 1971, the celebrated American director had been infusing horror cinema with his films, winning over fans of the genre. He left us a dense filmography, of which such hits as The last house on the left (1972), The hills have eyes (1977), Nightmare - From the depths of the night and the long franchise on Krueger (nine chapters of which were directed by Craven himself). Also. You were supposed to be dead (1986), The snake and the rainbow (1988), The black house (1991) and the cult Scream (1996).
