Produced by Trancas International Films, Blumhouse Productions and Miramax and directed by David Gordon Green, Halloween will debut in Italian theaters on October 25 thanks to Universal Pictures.
Plot: Four decades after Michael Myers' killing spree, the heinous masked serial killer becomes the subject of a crime documentary. When the film crew visits him in prison, the killer escapes and begins hunting Laurie Strode. Convinced all along in his return, the woman is ready to confront him.
In the cast of Halloween there are also Judy Greer, Virginia Gardner, Andi Matichak, Will Patton, James Jude Courtney, Haluk Bilginer, Rhian Rees, Toby Huss, Jefferson Hall, Virginia Gardner, Dylan Arnold, Miles Robbins, and Drew Scheid.
Director David Gordon Green co-wrote the script for the film with Danny McBride.
John Carpenter appears in the 2018 film as creative consultant, executive producer, and author of the soundtrack.
