Truth or Dare (aka Truth or Dare) is directed by Jeff Wadlow, the director of Nickname: Riddler (2005).
Olivia (Lucy Hale) and Lucas (Tyler Posey) reunite with their friends in Mexico. There they meet Carter, who involves them in the game "Truth or Dare." The innocent and carefree pastime, however, will turn into a terrible nightmare when the youngsters involved must confront a mysterious evil entity that punishes with death those who do not abide by the rules of the game.
The screenplay of Truth or Dare was written by Jillian Jacobs, Michael Reisz, Christopher Roach and Jeff Wadlow. The cast includes Lucy Hale, Violett Beane, Tyler Posey, Landon Liboiron, Sophia Taylor Ali, Hayden Szeto, Nolan Gerard Funk, Aurora Perrineau, Morgan Lindholm, and Tom Choi.
The film is produced by Blumhouse Productions (Judgment Night, Split, Best Wishes for Your Death, Escape - Get Out) while the executive producers are Jeff Wadlow, Chris Roach, Jeanette Volturno and Couper Samuelson.
