On the occasion of the release date, the new trailer for Circus of The Dead (USA - 2014), the violent psychopathic clown horror film directed by Billy Pon (Doll Boy) and starring Bill Oberst Jr. (The Chair, Dis). The film had been released in 2017 in a limited release and now, lest it vanish into thin air, DreadCentral decided to handle the new distribution with Epic Pictures.
As of July 14 in fact, Circus of The Dead will arrive on VOD platforms and then enjoy a new physical format soon (you can already reserve the Blu-ray at this link).
Plot: Led by Papa Corn (Bill Oberst Jr), a group of psychopathic clowns consisting of Noodledome (Ryan Clapp), Mr. Blister (Rusty Edwards), Jumbo (Mike Williams) and Pepe the Mime (Kyle Mueller), arrive in town with the circus (the Big Top). Dressed as clowns, the sadistic killers will revel throughout the night armed with knives, hammers and chainsaws, forcing Donald (Parrish Randall), a man who has had the misfortune to meet them, to witness their gory crimes.
The screenplay for Circus of The Dead is by himself and Lee Ankrum.
In addition to Bill Oberst Jr (Children of Sorrow, The Chair), the cast includes Ryan Clapp, Rusty Edwards, Mike Williams, Parrish Randall, Chanel Ryan, Kyle Mueller, Roger Edwards, and Tiffani Fest.
Special effects, on the other hand, are by Marcus Koch (Oddtopsy FX).
