As early as several months ago, Don Mancini, the creator of the saga. Chucky, was working on the screenplay for the seventh installment of the franchise viz. Chucky 7, now a year old. In these hours, he announced on his Twitter profile that he is storyboarding it and confirmed that actress Jennifer Tilly will return in this new sequel as Tiffany (the female counterpart of the diabolical doll) who made her first appearance starting with The Bride of Chucky.
On Twitter, Mancini himself posted a photo showing Jennifer Tilly and the doll Glen, although the director stated that the latter's presence has not been confirmed in the new episode of the saga.
In addition, in addition to Jennifer Tilly, Fiona Dourif has also been confirmed who, in the Chucky's Curse (Curse of Chucky), played the main character Nica.
