Revealed the poster and release date of Child's Play, the reboot of Child's Play. Produced by David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith, Child's Play is written by Tyler Burton (Kung Fury 2) and is directed by Lars Klevberg, the director of Polaroid. The film will debut in U.S. theaters on June 21, 2019.
In Child's Play, Aubrey Plaza plays a mother who gives a baby doll to her son Andy (Gabriel Bateman) for his birthday. The woman is completely unaware of the diabolical nature of the toy.
This new film dedicated to Chucky is not related to the franchise conceived by Don Mancini but is the first chapter of a new saga.
