The story of Tusk points to an experiment performed by a mad doctor, Dr. Howe, played here by Michael Parks. In the role of the victim instead we find Justin Long.
In Tusk l'attore è Wallace Bryton, un giornalista che raggiunge il signor Howe, un appassionato di trichechi, per intervistarlo. Il folle scienziato in realtà , sta cercando una cavia per dare vita a una creatura ibrida a metà tra essere umano e tricheco e Wallace potrebbe essere il candidato perfetto per il suo esperimento.
