Scream Factory has just announced the release of Carnage Park and Intruder. These films will indeed be available in Blu-ray and DVD formats starting in November 2016, but you can already pre-order them on Amazon.com. Both formats will have English language and English and Spanish subtitles.
Carnage Park will be released on November 1 while Intruder Nov. 22.

Intruder instead is a thriller-horror written and directed by Travis Zariwny, the director of the remake of Cabin Fever (2015). The film is a home invasion in which the victim Elizabeth is played by Louise Linton.
Plot: Elizabeth is a cellist who, unbeknownst to her, is being spied on day and night by an intruder hiding outside and inside her apartment. The relaxation she dreamed of enjoying in her home will give way to anxiety and terror.
