Bones and All: trailer and poster for Luca Guadagnino's new film

Online the poster and teaser trailer of Bones and All (2022), the horror film featuring Luca Guadagnino (Suspiria - 2018) in the director's booth.
The story is based on the cannibal-themed novel of the same name by Camille DeAngelis while the script is by David Kajganich, the screenwriter of Suspiria (2018).

Presented as a "love horror story" and starring Timothée Chalamet and Taylor Russell (Escape Room), Bones and All will have its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival to be held from August 31 to September 10, 2022.

Bones and All tells the story of a first love, that between Lee and Maren, two star-crossed lovers living on the margins of society, perpetually on the run from everyone and themselves in the bleakest, blackest desolation of Ronald Reagan's America. No matter how hard the two try, any road seems to take them back to their terrible past, until the decisive moment that will determine whether their love can survive their diversity and the world around them.

The cast also includes Mark Rylance, André Holland, Jessica Harper, Michael Stuhlbarg, David Gordon-Green, Francesca Scorsese, and Chloë Sevigny.

Bones and All is a Frenesy Film Company and Per Capita Productions production. The film is also produced by, among others, Luca Guadagnino and Marco Morabito for Frenesy Film Company, Lorenzo Mieli for The Apartment Pictures, and Francesco Melzi d'Eril and Gabriele Moratti for Memo.
Giovanni Corrado and Raffaella Viscardi, on the other hand, are the executive producers.
