With Vertical Entertainment comes online the official trailer for Blood, the horror film directed by Brad Anderson, the director of Session 9, The sleepless man and Fractured.
Written by Will Honley (The Hive, Escape Roomo 2 - Deadly Game), Blood sheds light on a strange infection that turns a child into a kind of vampire and will debut in U.S. theaters Jan. 31.
Plot: After separating from her husband, nurse Jess (Michelle Monaghan) moves with her sons Tyler and Owen to the family farm. Here their dog escapes into the woods only to return several days later and, rabidly, attacks and bites the child, thus transmitting a strange infection to him.
From that moment, Owen's behavior changes and his health begins to deteriorate. Convinced that she can cure his strange illness, Jess will do everything she can to keep her son alive.
In the cast of Blood include Michelle Monaghan (Run), Finlay Wojtak-Hissong (Dreamkatcher), Skylar Morgan Jones, Erik Athavale, Rodrigo Beilfuss, Danika Frederick, Jennifer Rose Garcia, and Cheryl Gensiorek.
