In May (link to news story) we told you about the remake of the cult film Blood Feast in occasione della diffusione delle prime immagini. Oggi invece alleghiamo all'articolo il trailer ufficiale e il poster del rifacimento che è a cura del regista tedesco Marcel Walz (Avantgarde, Seed 2) su una sceneggiatura di Philip Lilienschwarz (Absolutio – Erlösung im Blut).
Trama: l'egiziano Fuad Ramses (Robert Rusler) si occupa di catering per alcune catene di ristorazione a Miami. Quando gli 
business begin to go bad, in addition to maintaining his business, he decides to also work night shifts at an Egyptian museum soon becoming a devotee of an ancient ritual related to the mythology of the goddess Ishtar (Sadie Katz). Convinced that he is able to bring the deity back to life, he creates a kind of human collage using anatomical parts taken from the bodies of young victims.
The cast of Blood Feast (USA - 2016) vanta la presenza dello stesso Herschell Gordon Lewis, il regista del film originale del 1963, qui nel ruolo del Professore. I nomi degli altri attori sono i seguenti: Robert Rusler, Caroline Williams, Sophie Monk, Sadie Katz, Liliana Nova, Wilfried Capet, Roland Freitag, Annika Strauss e Max Evans.
