Famous Chinese actor, director and screenwriter Jackie Chan stars in Bleeding Steel (China, Hong Kong - 2018), the sci-fi action-horror whose official trailer has already been revealed. Written and directed by Leo Zhang (here in his second feature film), Bleeding Steel pays homage to 1980s techno-thrillers and will debut in U.S. theaters July 6 with Lionsgate also making it available for video on demand.
In Bleeding Steel, Jackie interpreta Lin, un ispettore di polizia che vive nella moderna Hong Kong. Quando si mette sulle tracce di uno squilibrato, Lin scopre che l'invenzione biochimica perduta di un genetista è stata impiantata chirurgicamente nella figlia scomparsa.
