The new trailer for Bite, the body horror film about the insect woman written and directed by Canadian Chad Archibald (Kill, The Drownsman). The film will be released on home video this year thanks to Scream Factory, but the date has yet to be determined. Meanwhile, it has been announced that Bite will be distributed in limited release in some foreign cinemas (and will also be available for VOD) starting May 6.
Synopsis: An unknown insect bites Casey (Elma Begovic) during her bachelorette party. Upon returning home, the girl immediately begins to feel strange, and as the hours pass, her body undergoes a slow metamorphosis that will lead her to transform into an insect hungry for human flesh.
Chad Archibald and Jayme Laforest worked on the screenplay. The cast includes Elma Begovic (Save Yourself), Annette Wozniak, Jordan Gray, Lawrene Denkers, Denise Yuen, and Tianna Nori. The film is produced by Black Fawn Films, Chad Archibald's Canadian film production company.
