With a post published on social media, the poster of Beetlejuice 2 which carries the official title viz. BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE.
Directed by Tim Burton (Batman, Edward Many Scissors), BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE is the sequel to Beetlejuice, a film he directed in 1988 and will arrive in theaters on September 6, 2024 with Warner Bros.
The cast includes Winona Ryder again as Lydia Deetz, the character she played in the 1988 cult film and winner of the Best Makeup Oscar.
He is still joined by Michael Keaton and Catherine O'Hara along with Monica Bellucci (Bram Stoker's Dracula), Justin Theroux (Joker) and Willem Dafoe (The Lighthouse). The latter as a police officer in The Afterlife.
The screenplay was written by Al Gough and Miles Millar, the creators of Wednesday.
Plot details have not yet been revealed.
