Baskin: cops in hell in Turkish film

baskinFollowing Siccîn 2 (here is the link to the news - Siccîn 2: the chilling trailer for the Turkish film. and Siccîn 2: full storyline exclusively on DarkVeins), comes to our attention, again from Turkey, another horror film: Baskin (2015).
In Baskin, director Can Evrenol offers the viewer his terrifying vision of hell, already presented, among other things, in the short film of the same name he directed in 2013 and of which the 2015 film is the extended version.

Abstract: A series of mysterious and sinister circumstances will lead a team of on-duty police officers to pass through a trapdoor that is actually a passageway leading to Hell. The group will find themselves inside an abandoned and dilapidated building where a black mass is taking place.

baskin2The screenplay is by the director himself together with Ogulcan Eren Akay.
Instead, the cast includes Muharrem Bayrak, Mehmet Akif Budak, Fadik Bülbül, Elif Dag, Mehmet Fatih Dokgoz, Aslihan Erguvan, and Mümin Kaar.
Baskin will have its world premiere this September at the Toronto International Film Festival's Midnight Madness.
