The new stills of Automata (UK – 2018) l'horror gotico diretto da Lawrie Brewster, il regista di The Unkindness of Ravens (2016) and of The Black Gloves (2017).
The film will premiere at Frightfest on March 2.
The protagonist of the story is an antiques dealer who is tasked with authenticating "The Infernal Princess," a life-size mechanical doll that was made three hundred years earlier.
Plot: Experienced antiques dealer Brendan Cole (Jamie Scott Gordon) is summoned to the sinister Blackhall Mansion to attest to the authenticity of the Infernal Princess, an ancient automaton whose traces had been lost and which may now prove to be the discovery of the century. The mysterious and fascinating object, however, possesses a diabolical soul, and when its gears begin to turn, Brendan and his stepdaughter will witness monstrous and inconceivable horrors.

Sultan Saeed Al Darmaki, Charles Stiefel, Nick Ford, Greg Orsi, Bill Eikost and Richard Paté are the executive producers.
