As anticipated some time ago (link all'articolo), Unearthed Films handled the home video distribution of Atroz (Messico – 2015), l'horror estremo diretto da Lex Ortega, uno dei registi del film corale México Bárbaro (segmento “Lo que importa es lo de adentro”).
Presented by legendary Italian director Ruggero Deodato (Cannibal Holocaust), Atroz will be available in DVD and Blu-ray formats from February 13, 2018 along with Francesca By Onetti Brothers. For both, it is already possible Make pre-order on the label's official website.
Trama: due serial killer vengono arrestati per aver causato un incidente stradale. Durante una perquisizione presso l'abitazione dei due delinquenti, la polizia troverà alcune videocassette che testimoniano i loro crimini eseguiti infliggendo alle vittime torture di ogni sorta, sia di tipo fisico che psicologico.
The screenplay for the film is by Lex Ortega and Sergio Tello. The cast includes Carlos Padilla, Julio Rivera, Laurette Flores, Aleyda Gallardo, Dana Karvelas, Patricia Leih, Orlando Morguel, Miquel Nava, David Aboussafy, and Lex Ortega himself.
