Two films in the horror genre arrive in Italian theaters this month. The April 5 is the date set for the theatrical release of A Quiet Place - Un posto tranquillo (USA - 2018) di John Krasinski mentre il April 19 is being programmed Ghost Stories (UK - 2018) di Jeremy Dyson ed Andy Nyman.

20th Century Fox brings to theaters A Quiet Place - Un posto tranquillo, l'horror sovrannaturale diretto da John Krasinski, il quale ne ha curato anche la sceneggiatura insieme a Bryan Woods e Scott Beck. Il film è interpretato da Emily Blunt (Wind Chill - Ghiaccio rosso sangue, Wolfman).
Plot of A Quiet Place - Un posto tranquillo: The world has been decimated by a strange epidemic. Two parents and their three children are forced to live in absolute silence lest they be hunted down and killed by mysterious creatures attracted by noise. Isolated from everything and without uttering a word, the family will communicate exclusively with sign language.
The cast includes Emily Blunt, Noah Jupe, Evangelina Cavoli, Millicent Simmonds, Cade Woodward and Ezekiel Cavoli. They are also joined by director John Krasinski.

Directed by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, Ghost Stories (UK - 2018) will debut in Italian theaters on April 19 thanks to Adler Entertainment. Director Andy Nyman also appears in the cast alongside Martin Freeman (best known for playing Bilbo Beggins in the The Hobbit).
Plot of Ghost Stories: Professor Goodman (Andy Nyman) is a psychology professor who is highly skeptical of supernatural phenomena. A mysterious letter containing valuable details about three never-solved cases will lead him to reconsider and embark on a terrifying quest.
