The thriller-horror Apocalypse Cult will be available on DVD and for video on demand on Oct. 31 through Wild Eye Releasing. Written and directed by Glenn Triggs in 2o14, Apocalypse Cult features a TV crew grappling with the adherents of a dangerous religious sect.
A local TV station is investigating a legend about a mysterious group of people who, according to popular belief, appear to be living in the forest. Upon arriving at the site, however, the reporters stumble upon a real cult and will have to devise a plan to escape the religious madmen who plan to perform their final act of devotion.
They are part of the cast of Apocalypse Cult: Jane Elizabeth Barry (A Night of Horror: Volume I), David Macrae (The Last Supper of the Damned), Tom McCathie, Geoff Pinfield.
