Finally online the first trailer of Annabelle, the spin-off of the disturbing The Summoning (The Conjuring) directed by James Wan in 2013.
To direct Annabelle is John R. Leonetti, known in the film world mostly for cinematography (in fact, he is the director of photography in The Summoning). The screenplay, on the other hand, was handled by Gary Dauberman, while James Wan's name appears in the production.
The plot is not yet known but it can be guessed that the whole story will revolve around the doll who, by the way, has already been featured in some of the most disturbing sequences in The Conjuring.
Annabelle Wallis, Ward Horton, Gabriel Batema, Eric Ladin are just some of the names that make up the acting cast.
Currently Annabelle is in post-production and is scheduled for release next October 3. In the meantime, let's take a look at the powerful trailer in which we can admire the diabolical doll, an indispensable centerpiece for lovers of evil doll movies.
